Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound chicken tenderloin (4–6 tenderloins)
Finely chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika, and black pepper. Mix well.
Pat chicken tenderloins dry with a paper towel. Add to the bowl and toss to coat evenly in the spice blend. Set aside.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 4 minutes.
Place chicken tenderloins in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook for 5 minutes. Flip each piece and cook for another 3–6 minutes, checking internal temperature after 4 minutes.
Chicken is done when it reaches an internal temp of 165°F (74°C).
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.
