Ingredients

16 oz whole button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned and stems trimmed

1½ tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prep Mushrooms: Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel and pat dry.

Season: Toss mushrooms in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
