This flaky and flavorful Air Fryer Salmon is a quick and healthy meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights. With just a few ingredients and simple preparation, you’ll have a delicious seafood dinner ready in under 20 minutes!
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
2 tsp salmon rub (or your favorite seasoning)
1 garlic clove, pressed
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Season the Salmon:
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with pressed garlic, salmon rub, and salt (to taste).
Prepare the Air Fryer:
If using an oven-style air fryer, line the bottom of the baking sheet with foil. For a basket-style air fryer, spray the basket with nonstick spray.
Cook the Salmon:
In an oven air fryer, bake at 400°F for 10–15 minutes. If using a basket-style air fryer, cook at 400°F for 12 minutes, adding more time as needed.
Tip: The cook time depends on the thickness of the salmon. The thickest part of the salmon should reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
Serve:
Once cooked, serve the salmon immediately with your favorite sides. For a complete meal, pair it with creamy mashed potatoes or tortellini Alfredo.
