2 cups flour
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 cup nuts (chopped, optional)
1 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Amish Friendship Bread starter, eggs, oil, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
- Gradually mix in the flour and vanilla instant pudding until fully incorporated. Add in any optional ingredients like nuts or raisins, if desired.
- Grease two large loaf pans and dust them with a mixture of ½ cup sugar and 1½ teaspoons cinnamon.
