Ingredients
8 oz elbow macaroni
2 (5 oz) cans tuna in water, drained
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup frozen peas
1½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko recommended)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook macaroni in boiling water until al dente (8–10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together pasta, tuna, peas, cream of mushroom soup, half the cheddar cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheddar and breadcrumbs. Optional: drizzle with melted butter.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
