Description

The Banana Chamomile Tea Smoothie is a calming and refreshing drink that combines the soothing flavors of chamomile tea, ripe banana, honey, and milk. Perfect for a peaceful start to your day or a relaxing treat in the evening, this creamy smoothie is topped with dried chamomile leaves for an extra touch of tranquility.

Ingredients

1 cup brewed chamomile tea, cooled

1 large ripe banana

1 tbsp honey

½ cup milk (or your preferred milk alternative)

Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Dried chamomile leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Brew the Chamomile Tea: Brew a cup of chamomile tea using a tea bag or loose chamomile flowers. Let it steep for 5 minutes, then allow it to cool.

Prepare the Ingredients: Peel the ripe banana and break it into chunks. Measure out 1 tablespoon of honey and ½ cup of milk.

Blend: In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, banana chunks, honey, and milk. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie.

Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more milk.

Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass or jar. Garnish with dried chamomile leaves for an elegant touch (optional).

Notes

Milk: You can substitute dairy milk with almond milk, oat milk, or any milk alternative.

Ice Cubes: Adding ice cubes is optional, but it can make the smoothie colder and thicker.

Honey: Adjust the honey amount based on your preferred sweetness level.
