Ingredients
- 1 box cornbread mix
- 1 egg + ⅓ cup milk
- 1 (15 oz) can cream-style corn
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 cup cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F. Prepare cornbread batter with egg, milk, and corn.
- Pour into greased baking dish and bake 15 minutes.
- Brown beef with taco seasoning and enchilada sauce. Spoon beef over baked corn base; top with cheese.
- Bake 10 more minutes until melty.
