Description

These no-bake Blueberry Protein Cheesecake Bites are creamy, fruity, and packed with protein—perfect as a healthy snack or post-workout treat. With almond flour, oats, vanilla protein, and real blueberries, they deliver cheesecake flavor in a nourishing, bite-sized form.

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 cup almond flour

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, and protein powder. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

Gently fold in the blueberries, taking care not to crush them.

Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.

Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.

Arrange bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer storage.
