Description

Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a bite-sized twist on classic cheesecake, with fresh strawberries filled with a creamy, sweet cheesecake filling—perfect for parties, gatherings, or a fun treat.

Ingredients

1824 large strawberries

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese (softened)

1/3 cup sour cream

2/3 cup white granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and gently pat them dry. Cut off the tops and hollow out the inside using a small spoon or strawberry huller. Set aside the hollowed strawberries.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag or a plastic sandwich bag with the tip cut off.
  5. Pipe the cheesecake mixture into each hollowed strawberry, filling them generously.
  6. Optionally, garnish with graham cracker crumbs, chocolate shavings, or fresh fruit.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour for best results.

Notes

  • For added indulgence, drizzle melted chocolate over the filled strawberries.
  • Mix in different berries like raspberries or blackberries for a colorful berry mix.
  • To make these sugar-free, replace the sugar with a suitable sugar substitute.
  • For a crust-like texture, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top of the filling.
  • Store leftover strawberries in an airtight container for up to 2 days. These are best served fresh.
