- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it reaches the perfect temperature for baking your stuffed mushrooms.
- Prepare Mushrooms: Clean the mushrooms gently and remove the stems. Set the caps aside and finely chop the stems for the filling.
- Cook Filling Base: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped mushroom stems and minced garlic, cooking for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and softened.
- Mix Filling: Stir in the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper into the skillet. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and form a cohesive filling.
- Stuff Mushrooms: Spoon the prepared filling evenly into each mushroom cap, pressing gently to fill them completely.
- Bake: Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 18–20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
