Description

Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are a satisfying meal filled with creamy cheese, tender chicken, and a flavorful garlic sauce, toasted to perfection for a crispy, gooey wrap that’s irresistibly delicious.


Ingredients

For the Wraps:

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (grilled or rotisserie)

1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

2 tbsp cream cheese, softened

Salt & pepper to taste

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

2 large flour tortillas

For the Garlic Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp lemon juice

1/8 tsp salt

1 tsp granulated garlic (or 1 clove fresh garlic, minced)


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and garlic. Stir until smooth and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir constantly until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
  3. Lay the tortillas flat and spoon the chicken mixture onto the center of each one. Drizzle with the garlic sauce. Carefully roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  4. Heat a dry skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Toast the wraps for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and slightly crispy.
  5. Slice the wraps in half and serve warm with extra garlic sauce for dipping.
