Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups potatoes, diced
4 cups beef broth
1 cup whole milk

Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until soft and fragrant.
