Instructions

- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Incorporate Dry to Wet: Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently just until combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the bread tender.
- Fold in Chocolate Chips: Gently fold the chocolate chips into the batter, distributing them evenly without breaking them.
- Fill the Loaf Pan: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly to ensure uniform baking.
- Bake: Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it onto a wire rack to cool completely before slicing for best texture and flavor.
Notes
- Toss chocolate chips with a tablespoon of flour to prevent them from sinking to the bottom during baking.
- Using mini chocolate chips helps distribute the chocolate more evenly throughout the bread.
