Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it’s ready for baking the bread.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter or coconut oil, milk or almond milk, and sweetener if using, until fully combined and smooth.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually stir in the coconut flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the wet mixture, mixing until a smooth batter forms with no lumps.
- Prepare for Baking: Pour the batter evenly into a greased or lined loaf pan, smoothing out the top with a spatula for an even bake.
- Bake the Bread: Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice thinly and enjoy as toast or a snack.
Notes
- Slice the bread thinly as it is very filling and dense due to the coconut flour.
