Description

Quick and easy fudgy cookies made from brownie mix—perfect for satisfying chocolate cravings in just 15 minutes. These chewy treats are simple, gooey, and endlessly customizable.

Ingredients

1 box (18–19 oz) brownie mix

2 large eggs

¼ cup vegetable oil

2 Tbsp all-purpose flour

½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix brownie mix, eggs, oil, and flour until a thick dough forms.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips, if using.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place on baking sheet 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges are set but centers are still soft.
  6. Let cool on pan a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Notes

  • Do not overbake—cookies continue to cook on the pan after removing from the oven.
  • Add-ins like nuts, mint, or caramel can enhance the flavor.
  • Use a cookie scoop for evenly sized cookies.
  • Chill dough for a thicker cookie, if desired.
