Ingredients
1 box (18–19 oz) brownie mix
2 large eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix brownie mix, eggs, oil, and flour until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips, if using.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place on baking sheet 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges are set but centers are still soft.
- Let cool on pan a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
Notes
- Do not overbake—cookies continue to cook on the pan after removing from the oven.
- Add-ins like nuts, mint, or caramel can enhance the flavor.
- Use a cookie scoop for evenly sized cookies.
- Chill dough for a thicker cookie, if desired.
