Description

This Creamy Chicken Florentine is a cozy, protein-packed dinner featuring tender pan-seared chicken breasts in a luscious garlic-Parmesan cream sauce with wilted fresh spinach. A gluten-free weeknight meal that feels indulgent yet wholesome.


Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 cups fresh spinach

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

¼ cup white wine (optional)

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large pan, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat.

Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2–3 minutes.

Pour in the heavy cream and optional white wine. Stir and simmer gently for a few minutes to thicken.

Stir in Parmesan cheese until fully melted and the sauce is smooth.

Return chicken to the pan, nestling it into the sauce. Simmer 2 more minutes to blend flavors.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
