Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer – Set your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat while you prepare the cabbage.
- Prepare the cabbage wedges – Brush each cabbage wedge evenly with olive oil to ensure they crisp up nicely.
- Season the cabbage – Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the cabbage wedges, ensuring each piece is well coated for maximum flavor.
- Air fry the wedges – Place the seasoned wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through to achieve even browning and crispiness.
- Add optional toppings – Once done, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and/or red pepper flakes if desired, adding extra flavor and a little heat.
