4 large eggs
1 and 1/4 cups sugar
2 teaspoons essence of your choice (vanilla, almond, etc.)
2 cups milk
1 cup vegetable oil (cooking oil)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the sugar, eggs, and oil until smooth and well combined.

- In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, then gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, one cup at a time, mixing until smooth.

- Bake in the preheated oven for around 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Notes
- For fruit muffins, add 1 cup of fresh or dried fruit like blueberries, bananas, or raisins to the batter before baking.
- For nutty muffins, incorporate a handful of chopped nuts like walnuts or almonds for added crunch.
- For chocolate muffins, stir in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips for a sweeter treat.
- For spiced muffins, add a teaspoon of cinnamon or nutmeg to the dry ingredients for a warm flavor.
