Ingredients
2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed

1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (13.5 oz) can full-fat coconut milk
½ cup beef broth
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cubed beef stew meat and brown it on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer the browned beef to the slow cooker.
