Ingredients
1 box cheese-filled Ritz Bits crackers
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Place Ritz Bits in a large mixing bowl. Pour garlic butter over the crackers and gently toss to coat evenly.
Spread coated crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden and crisp. Sprinkle with Parmesan during the last 2 minutes if using.
Let cool for a few minutes, then transfer to a bowl and serve.
