Description

Ingredients

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon instant yeast

1 cup warm water

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil (plus extra for greasing)

1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and instant yeast. Gradually add warm water, mixing to form a shaggy dough.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Fold in minced garlic and chopped rosemary while kneading.

Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm spot until doubled (about 1 hour).

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.

Divide the risen dough evenly into the muffin tin and let the dough rise for another 20 minutes.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped.

Allow the muffins to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the garlic and rosemary levels based on your preference for a stronger or milder flavor.

For extra flavor, brush the muffins with olive oil as soon as they come out of the oven for a glossy finish.
