Description

Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps are a quick and flavorful meal combining smoky grilled shrimp, crunchy romaine lettuce, and creamy Caesar dressing all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for a fast weeknight dinner or a light meal anytime.


Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup Caesar dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup croutons (optional)

Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  3. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Lay out the tortillas and spread Caesar dressing on each. Add chopped romaine lettuce, grilled shrimp, Parmesan cheese, and croutons (optional) on top.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top.
