Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup croutons (optional)
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread Caesar dressing on each. Add chopped romaine lettuce, grilled shrimp, Parmesan cheese, and croutons (optional) on top.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve with lemon wedges. A squeeze of fresh lemon juice will enhance the flavor.
