Ingredients
For the Turkey Burgers:
1 pound lean ground turkey
¼ cup breadcrumbs (whole wheat optional)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
For the Sweet Potato Fries:
2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into thin fries
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
To Serve:
Whole grain burger buns
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Avocado slices
Mustard or other healthy condiment
Instructions
Prepare the Sweet Potato Fries:
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
Make the Turkey Burgers:
In a bowl, mix turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Divide into 4 patties, pressing a small indentation in the center.
Brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
Cook the Patties:
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Assemble Burgers:
Toast buns for 2–3 minutes in the air fryer (optional).
Layer bun with lettuce, patty, tomato, avocado, and condiment.
Serve:
Plate burgers alongside sweet potato fries for a complete meal.

You can swap ground turkey for ground chicken.
