Ingredients
4 fresh salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn
¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
