15 grams (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
10 grams (1 tbsp) granulated sweetener (erythritol)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon coffee powder
Pinch of salt (optional)
1 teaspoon chocolate chips
To Serve (optional):
Sugar-free vanilla ice cream
Instructions
Preheat oven/air fryer: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (360ºF) or your air fryer to 160ºC (320ºF).
Mix wet ingredients: In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, granulated sweetener, coffee powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until fully combined.
Add dry ingredients: Stir in the protein powder, oat flour, and baking powder until the dough is well mixed. If using vegan protein powder or casein, you may need to add 1-2 teaspoons of milk to get the right consistency.
Prepare for baking: Transfer the brownie batter into a greased skillet or ramekin, and top with chocolate chips.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or air fry for 8-10 minutes. The brownie should be fudgy and slightly gooey in the center.
Serve: Serve warm and top with sugar-free vanilla ice cream for an extra treat (optional).
