This Low Calorie Protein Brownie is a fantastic macro-friendly treat that’s gooey, fudgy, and perfect for satisfying your dessert cravings without the guilt. Here’s the recipe:


Ingredients

80 grams (1/3 cup) Greek yogurt

20 grams (3 tbsp) whey protein powder

15 grams (2 tbsp) oat flour (or any flour of your choice)

15 grams (2 tbsp) cocoa powder

10 grams (1 tbsp) granulated sweetener (erythritol)

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon coffee powder

Pinch of salt (optional)

1 teaspoon chocolate chips

To Serve (optional):

Sugar-free vanilla ice cream


Instructions

Preheat oven/air fryer: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (360ºF) or your air fryer to 160ºC (320ºF).

Mix wet ingredients: In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurtcocoa powdergranulated sweetenercoffee powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until fully combined.

Add dry ingredients: Stir in the protein powderoat flour, and baking powder until the dough is well mixed. If using vegan protein powder or casein, you may need to add 1-2 teaspoons of milk to get the right consistency.

Prepare for baking: Transfer the brownie batter into a greased skillet or ramekin, and top with chocolate chips.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or air fry for 8-10 minutes. The brownie should be fudgy and slightly gooey in the center.

Serve: Serve warm and top with sugar-free vanilla ice cream for an extra treat (optional).
