Crunchy cornflakes coated in rich, creamy Nutella for a quick, irresistible no-bake dessert.
Ingredients
3 cups cornflakes cereal
1/2 cup Nutella
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup honey or light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine Nutella, butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and gently fold in cornflakes until evenly coated.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping into clusters.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
