Description
Nutella Brownies are rich, fudgy, and full of the creamy, sweet flavor of Nutella. With cocoa powder enhancing the chocolate taste, these simple yet decadent brownies are perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
1 cup Nutella
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and Nutella, mixing well until smooth.
- Add in the eggs and sugar, whisking until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, then mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
- Allow brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares and serve!
Notes
- Add chocolate chips, chopped hazelnuts, or a swirl of peanut butter for extra indulgence.
- For a gluten-free version, use a gluten-free flour blend.
- For a vegan option, substitute dairy-free butter and flax eggs for the eggs.
- If you prefer a less sweet version, reduce the granulated sugar by 2 tablespoons or omit it completely.
