Description

Smooth, creamy, and packed with nutty flavor, this Peanut Butter Cold Brew is a unique twist on iced coffee. Made with real peanut butter, cold brew coffee, and a hint of maple syrup, it’s the perfect energizing drink for any time of day!

Ingredients

Cold Brew Coffee:

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee (store-bought or homemade)

Peanut Butter Blend:

  • 2 tbsp creamy, unsweetened peanut butter
  • ¼ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend Peanut Butter and Milk: Blend peanut butter and milk until smooth.
  2. Add Cold Brew and Sweeteners: Add cold brew, maple syrup, and vanilla to the blender. Blend again until frothy.
  3. Pour Over Ice: Pour the mixture over ice in a tall glass.
  4. Stir and Serve: Stir the drink and serve, optionally drizzling peanut butter or sprinkling cinnamon on top.

Notes

  • Use a high-quality cold brew or make your own at home.
  • For a thicker drink, blend in a frozen banana.
  • Easily swap peanut butter for almond or sunflower seed butter.
  • Use a handheld milk frother if you don’t have a blender.
