Description

All the flavors of a Philly cheesesteak — tender beef, peppers, and gooey cheese — in a creamy, baked casserole form.


Ingredients

Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1 lb ground beef or sliced steak
  • 1 green pepper + 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Cheese Topping:

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup provolone or mozzarella
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F.
  2. Cook beef with peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

  3. Stir in cream cheese and Worcestershire until creamy.
  4. Pour into baking dish and top with cheese.
  5. Bake 15–20 minutes until melted and bubbly.

  • Serve over cauliflower rice for low carb.
