Description
All the flavors of a Philly cheesesteak — tender beef, peppers, and gooey cheese — in a creamy, baked casserole form.
Ingredients
Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 lb ground beef or sliced steak
- 1 green pepper + 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
Cheese Topping:
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup provolone or mozzarella
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F.
- Stir in cream cheese and Worcestershire until creamy.
- Pour into baking dish and top with cheese.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until melted and bubbly.
Cook beef with peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
Notes
- Serve over cauliflower rice for low carb.
- Add jalapeños for extra kick.
