  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Glaze

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped


Instructions

  1. Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
