Ingredients
Filling:
- 8 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Alfredo Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Topping:
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- Extra Parmesan
Instructions
- Make Alfredo sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, and simmer. Stir in Parmesan and season.
- Prepare filling: Mix ricotta, cheeses, egg, seasoning, shrimp, and crab.
- Assemble roll-ups: Spread filling on each lasagna noodle, roll, and place seam-side down in a greased dish.
- Add sauce and cheese: Pour Alfredo over rolls, top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake: Cover and bake at 375°F for 20 mins, then uncover and bake 10–15 mins until golden and bubbly.
- Serve: Let cool for 5 mins. Garnish if desired.
Notes
- Substitute crab with imitation crab if needed.
- Add sautéed spinach for extra veggies.
- Use pre-made Alfredo in a pinch.
