Description

Indulge in these decadent Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups, a delightful fusion of seafood and creamy Alfredo sauce rolled in tender lasagna noodles. Perfect for a special dinner at home!


Ingredients

Filling:

  • 8 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Topping:

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • Extra Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Make Alfredo sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, and simmer. Stir in Parmesan and season.
  2. Prepare filling: Mix ricotta, cheeses, egg, seasoning, shrimp, and crab.
  3. Assemble roll-ups: Spread filling on each lasagna noodle, roll, and place seam-side down in a greased dish.
  4. Add sauce and cheese: Pour Alfredo over rolls, top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Bake: Cover and bake at 375°F for 20 mins, then uncover and bake 10–15 mins until golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve: Let cool for 5 mins. Garnish if desired.

Notes

  • Substitute crab with imitation crab if needed.
  • Add sautéed spinach for extra veggies.
  • Use pre-made Alfredo in a pinch.
