Description

Layers of tortillas, enchilada sauce, beef, and cheese baked to melty perfection — like a Mexican-style lasagna the whole family will devour.


Ingredients

Ground Beef:

1 lb

Enchilada Sauce:

1 can

Corn Tortillas:

6 pieces

Refried Beans:

1 cup

Cheese:

1 cup cheddar or Monterey Jack

Spices:

1 tsp cumin & chili powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F.
  2. Brown beef with spices.

  3. In a baking dish, layer sauce, tortillas, beef, and beans.
  4. Repeat layers and finish with cheese and sauce.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
