Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it is ready for baking the bread once the batter is prepared.
- Prepare Strawberries: Lightly toss the diced strawberries in a small amount of flour; this helps prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the bread during baking.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla until fully combined and smooth.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined to avoid overmixing.
- Fold in Strawberries: Carefully fold the floured strawberries into the batter, ensuring they are evenly distributed without breaking them down.
