Description

This Strawberry White Chocolate Pie is a delightful dessert with a creamy filling of cream cheese, white chocolate, and cool whip, topped with fresh strawberries and drizzled with white chocolate. It’s a perfect treat for any occasion!

Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust

2 oz cream cheese, softened

1 ¾ cup powdered sugar

½ cup white chocolate chips

1 ½ tablespoon orange juice

2 cups cool whip

1 lb strawberries

5 tablespoon white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a small microwave-safe bowl, place ½ cup white chocolate chips and heat in 30-second intervals until melted. Stir in between to prevent burning. Once melted, set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a stand mixer or large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Slowly add in the powdered sugar, orange juice, and the melted white chocolate. Continue mixing until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Add the cool whip and blend until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  5. Pour the creamy mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
  6. Trim the tops off of the strawberries and slice them to your desired size. Starting from the outer edge of the pie, gently arrange the strawberries in a circle, working your way toward the center.
  7. In a small bowl, melt the remaining 5 tablespoons of white chocolate chips. Drizzle over the strawberries and filling.
  8. Refrigerate the pie for at least 1 hour to set before serving.

Notes

  • For a chocolatey twist, use an Oreo crust instead of graham cracker crust.
  • Add other berries like raspberries or blueberries for a mixed-berry topping.
  • For extra flavor, sprinkle lemon or orange zest on top before serving.
  • If using frozen strawberries, thaw and pat them dry before using.
