Description
This Strawberry White Chocolate Pie is a delightful dessert with a creamy filling of cream cheese, white chocolate, and cool whip, topped with fresh strawberries and drizzled with white chocolate. It’s a perfect treat for any occasion!
Ingredients
1 graham cracker crust
2 oz cream cheese, softened
1 ¾ cup powdered sugar
½ cup white chocolate chips
1 ½ tablespoon orange juice
2 cups cool whip
1 lb strawberries
5 tablespoon white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, place ½ cup white chocolate chips and heat in 30-second intervals until melted. Stir in between to prevent burning. Once melted, set aside to cool slightly.
- In a stand mixer or large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Slowly add in the powdered sugar, orange juice, and the melted white chocolate. Continue mixing until fully combined and smooth.
- Add the cool whip and blend until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Pour the creamy mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
- Trim the tops off of the strawberries and slice them to your desired size. Starting from the outer edge of the pie, gently arrange the strawberries in a circle, working your way toward the center.
- In a small bowl, melt the remaining 5 tablespoons of white chocolate chips. Drizzle over the strawberries and filling.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 1 hour to set before serving.
Notes
- For a chocolatey twist, use an Oreo crust instead of graham cracker crust.
- Add other berries like raspberries or blueberries for a mixed-berry topping.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle lemon or orange zest on top before serving.
- If using frozen strawberries, thaw and pat them dry before using.
