Description

This veggie pizza dip is a creamy, cheesy, and colorful appetizer that transforms the classic veggie pizza into a crowd-pleasing dip! Made with cream cheese, ranch, and crisp fresh vegetables, this easy no-bake recipe is perfect for parties, game day, or holiday gatherings. Ingredients

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

¾ cup finely chopped red bell pepper

¾ cup finely chopped cauliflower

¾ cup finely chopped broccoli

¾ cup finely chopped carrots

¼ cup finely chopped red onion

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Bread and/or tortilla chips, for serving


Instructions

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning with an electric mixer until smooth.

Reserve about 1 ½ cups of the chopped vegetables.

Stir the remaining vegetables and cheddar cheese into the cream cheese mixture until evenly combined.

Spread mixture into a shallow serving bowl.

Sprinkle the reserved vegetables over the top for garnish.

Cover and refrigerate for 2–3 hours (or overnight) before serving.

Serve chilled with bread slices and tortilla chips.

Notes

Can be made several hours ahead or the night before.
