Ingredients
8 oz feta cheese, at room temperature
½ cup whole fat plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon zest (plus more for garnish)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh herbs of choice (dill, parsley, mint, garlic chives, shiso), chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
½ teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
1 tablespoon olive oil (plus more for finishing)
Toasted pine nuts, for garnish

Instructions
Whip Ingredients:
