Ingredients
Slider Patties
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Assembly
- 6 slices cheddar or American cheese
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, optional
Toppings and Condiments
- Lettuce, tomato, pickles, or sliced onion, for serving
- Ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for finishing the sliders after cooking the patties.
- Mix the turkey and seasonings: In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed without overworking the meat, which keeps the sliders tender.
- Form the patties: Shape the turkey mixture into 12 small, thin slider patties, sized to fit nicely on the Hawaiian rolls.
- Cook the patties: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Prepare rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating the individual rolls to keep them intact for baking.
- Assemble sliders: Place the bottom halves of the rolls in a baking dish. Arrange cooked turkey patties on top and add cheese slices over each patty.
- Top and finish: Cover with the top halves of the rolls. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds on them if desired.
- Bake: Bake the assembled sliders in the preheated oven for 5–8 minutes, until the cheese melts and the rolls are lightly toasted.
- Serve: Separate the sliders and serve warm with your preferred toppings such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and sauces like ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise.
Notes
- Avoid overmixing the ground turkey to keep the sliders tender and juicy.

- Prepare the patties in advance and refrigerate them until you are ready to cook for convenience.
