Instructions

- Sauté Aromatics: Stir in the diced onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Cook these together for about 2–3 minutes until fragrant and the onions soften.
- Add Broth and Vegetables: Pour in the chicken broth, then add the sliced carrots and celery. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Simmer Soup: Once boiling, reduce the heat and let the soup simmer gently for 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the vegetables to soften.
- Cook Noodles: Add the egg noodles to the simmering soup and cook until they are tender, typically 6–8 minutes depending on the noodle type.
- Season Soup: Season the soup with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, adjusting to your preference.
- Add Parsley and Serve: Stir in the chopped fresh parsley just before serving to add a fresh herbal note. Serve the soup hot and enjoy.
