Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) to ensure it’s at the right temperature for baking the crab legs evenly.
  2. Prepare the Crab Legs: Place the crab legs in a suitable baking dish, arranging them so they fit comfortably without overlapping too much.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and paprika. Mix thoroughly to blend all the flavors. Season with salt and black pepper according to taste.
  4. Coat the Crab Legs: Pour the prepared garlic butter mixture evenly over the crab legs, making sure each piece is coated well for maximum flavor.
