  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it for easy cleanup.
  2. Prepare Coating Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to ensure even distribution of flavors.
  3. Beat the Egg: In a separate bowl, beat the egg until smooth. This will help the coating adhere to the chicken breasts.
