- 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
- 6 slices smoked turkey or beef salami

- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Fresh chives, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) to ensure it reaches the right temperature for melting the cheese perfectly.
- Arrange the base crackers: Place half of the savory crackers evenly on a baking tray to serve as the base layer of your s’mores.
- Add cheese and smoked meat: Top each cracker with a halved slice of cheddar cheese followed by a slice of smoked turkey or beef salami for that smoky, savory flavor.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 3–5 minutes, just until the cheese begins to melt and soften without losing its shape.
- Add mustard (optional): Remove the tray from the oven and, if desired, add a small amount of Dijon mustard on each melted cheese and meat stack to add a tangy kick.
- Create sandwiches: Place the remaining crackers on top of each cheese and meat stack to form sandwich-style s’mores.
- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle freshly chopped chives over the assembled s’mores for a fresh, mild onion flavor, then serve immediately while warm and melty.
