- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- ½ tsp ground ginger

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the wonton cups.
- Form Wonton Cups: Lightly grease a mini muffin tin and press the wonton wrappers into the cups, shaping them to form small edible cups.
- Bake Wonton Cups: Bake the shaped wontons for 8 to 10 minutes until they turn lightly golden and crisp. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
- Heat Oil and Sauté Garlic: In a skillet over medium heat, heat sesame oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
- Cook Vegetables: Add shredded cabbage, carrots, diced red bell pepper, and sliced green onions to the skillet. Stir-fry the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Add Seasonings: Stir in low-sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar, and ground ginger. Mix well and cook for an additional 1 minute to combine flavors.
- Fill Wonton Cups: Spoon the flavorful vegetable stir-fry mixture into the baked wonton cups evenly.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle sesame seeds over the filled cups for garnish. Serve immediately to maintain their crispiness.
Notes
- Add diced mushrooms or water chestnuts to the vegetable mixture for extra texture and flavor.
- These wonton cups are best served fresh to keep the wrappers crisp and crunchy.
- For added protein, consider mixing in cooked tofu or edamame into the vegetable stir-fry before filling the cups.
