Ingredients
Ingredients
- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Blend the cubed watermelon, lime juice, and honey in a blender until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform in texture.
- Mix in Mint: If using fresh mint leaves, chop them finely and stir them into the blended watermelon mixture to add a refreshing herbal note.
- Pour into Molds: Pour the watermelon mixture evenly into popsicle molds, filling each mold almost to the top.
- Insert Sticks and Freeze: Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer. Freeze for at least 6 hours or preferably overnight to ensure the popsicles are fully solidified.
