- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- Prepare the Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder until smooth and well combined.
- Add Blue Cheese: Gently fold in the crumbled blue cheese to incorporate chunks into the dressing for texture and flavor.
- Season the Dressing: Taste and season the dressing with salt and freshly ground black pepper to your preference.
- Chill the Dressing: Cover and refrigerate the dressing for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld and to thicken slightly.
- Assemble the Salad: Arrange the iceberg lettuce wedges on individual serving plates or a large platter.
- Dress the Salad: Drizzle the chilled blue cheese dressing generously over each lettuce wedge, allowing it to soak into the leaves.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle the halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onions, crumbled bacon, additional blue cheese, and fresh chives over the dressed lettuce wedges.
- Serve Immediately: Serve the wedge salad promptly to enjoy the crisp lettuce and fresh ingredients at their best.
Notes
